By using YASB Reborn, you agree to these Terms of Use. Please read them carefully.
Acceptance of Terms
By downloading, installing, or using the YASB Reborn application, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Use. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, do not use the application.
Open Source License
YASB Reborn is released as open-source software. You are free to use, modify, and distribute the software subject to the terms of its open-source license, available in our GitHub repository.
Intellectual Property
YASB Reborn's source code is released under the MIT License, which grants broad rights to use, copy, modify, and distribute the code. However, the MIT License covers source code only — it does not transfer or grant rights to the YASB name, logo, or any branding. These remain the property of the YASB Reborn project and may not be used in a way that implies official endorsement without prior permission.
User-Submitted Content
If you submit a theme, configuration, or any other content to the YASB Themes gallery or repository, you grant the project a non-exclusive, royalty-free license to display and distribute that content. You confirm that you own the rights to the submitted content and that it does not violate any third-party rights.
