The “Local-First” Principle

Our core architecture ensures that your data stays on your machine. YASB Reborn does not collect, harvest, or store your personal information on any central server.

Third-Party Integrations (OAuth)

When you choose to connect a third-party account (such as Google, GitHub, or others) to a YASB module:

• · Direct Communication: The app communicates directly from your local device to the service provider's API.
• · No Data Harvesting: We do not see, store, or track your profile information, files, or activity.
• · Limited Use: We only request the minimum permissions (scopes) necessary for a specific widget to function. We never share or sell your data.

Your Control

You can disconnect any integration at any time by deleting the local configuration or revoking access through the provider's security settings. As an open-source project, our code is available for audit at any time.

This Website

When you visit yasb.dev, standard web requests are made to third-party services that are part of the page:

• · Google Fonts: Font files are loaded from fonts.googleapis.com. Google may log this request per their own privacy policy.
• · YouTube API: The Showcase page fetches video metadata from the YouTube Data API (v3). No personal data is sent in this request.
• · No Analytics: We do not use any analytics tracking, advertising pixels, or fingerprinting scripts on this website.

Cookies & Local Storage

This website does not set any tracking or advertising cookies. The application itself may write configuration and cache data to your local file system; this data never leaves your device.

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. The date at the top of this page reflects when the policy was last revised. Continued use of YASB Reborn or this website after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the updated policy.
